MOVE THEIR ON FURNITURE IF NEEDED AND PUT

IT BACK IN PLACE. AND THE SERVICE OPERATOR

WILL DO THE SANITIZING PROCESS.



LADDER CLIMBING POLICY:  THE SERVICE OPERATOR SHOULD NOT REACH HIGHER THAN ARMS LENGTH.

SO THERE WILL BE NO UNNECESSARY ACCIDENTS DURING THE PROCESS OF SANITIZING.

THE LIABILITY INS. DO PAY FOR ACCIDENTS BUT THE COMPANY WANTS TO AVOID UNNECESSARY ACCIDENTS.

 THE COMPANY WILL MAKE SURE THE KEYS ARE RETURNED FROM CUSTOMER PERSON TO PERSON. NO LEAVING KEYS UNDER OUTSIDE DOORMATS, OR IN MAILBOXES.  THE SERVICE OPERATOR CAN BE LEFT ALONE IN THE HOME FOR THE SANITIZING PROCESS.

WALL STRIPS-WINDOW SEAL-POLICY: NO WALL STRIPPING OR WINDOW SEAL WASHING OR CLEANING.

BECAUSE MY LIABILITY INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER THAT

PART OF THE CLEANING INDUSTRY. BUT I WILL DUST AND

VACCUM THE TOP SURFACE OF THE WALL STRIPPING OR

OR BASEBOARD. ALSO,  I WILL VACCUM THE BOTTOM PART

INSIDE THE GLASS SLIDING DOOR.

FLOOR STRIPPING IS THE BOTTOM PART OF THE WALL THAT

SEPARATES THE WALL FROM THE FLOOR.

CONDO'S HOME TURN-KEY POLICY: FOR ALL CUSTOMER'S WHO MUST BE AWAY DURING THE PROCESS

OF SANITIZING THEIR HOME THE CUSTOMER MUST LEAVE THEIR

DOOR KEYS ON KEY -RELEASE WITH THE SECURITY OFFICER ON

DUTY. NO LEAVING DOOR KEYS WITH SERVICE OPERATOR PRIOR

TO THE APPOINTED DATE TO SANITIZE THEIR HOME.

NOTE: THE CONDO HOMEOWNER DOESN'T NEED TO BE IN THE HOME

DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS OF THE SANITIZING BECAUSE

THERE IS A SECURITY OFFICER ON DUTY TO PROTECT THE

HOME AND THE SERVICE OPERATOR. AND THIS SAME

POLICY APPLIES TO APARTMENTS THAT HAVE SECURITY

OFFICERS ON DUTY. REFERENCE IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

TO ALL CUSTOMERS IT IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH

EACH CLIENT WHO IS VERY IMPORTANT TO M&M MAID SERVICES,

BUT OFTEN THE CLIENT MIGHT NEED TO DECLINE THE SERVICES

FOR WHATEVER REASON. THAT IS OK BUT NOT BECAUSE THE

CLIENT IS NOT IMPORTANT I NEVER WANT TO SEE A CLIENT

LEAVE. I DO ASK EACH CLIENT WHO DECIDE THAT THEY NO

LONGER NEED THE M&M MAID SERVICES TO PLEASE LEAVE A

REFERENCE LETTER. EXPLAINING THE QUALITY OF SERVICE

THAT WAS RENDERED DURING TIME OF WORK AND SERVICE.

PLEASE EXPLAIN IN THE REFERENCE LETTER ABOUT THE

THE LENGTH OF TIME OF SERVICES, AND THE QUALITY OF

OF SANITIZING SERVICE ALSO EXPLAIN THE TRUSTWORTHINESS OF

THE COMPANY AND PERSON THAT WORKED IN YOUR HOME OR.

IN YOUR COMPANY AND GIVE A 24-HOUR NOTICE THAT YOU NO LONGER NEED

THE SERVICE ANY LONGER. AND IF YOU NEED THE SERVICE

AGAIN PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY FOR

FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND I WILL BE GLAD TO WORK WITH

YOU AGAIN.
